When a golfer cancels a booking, your tee sheet is automatically updated, making the slot available for other players. The golfer will receive a confirmation of the cancellation.

If the golfer prepaid for the slot, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

However, if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the tee time, the system will prompt the golfer to contact the pro-shop directly, allowing your staff to decide the best course of action for your business.
