Bookings - Expired
The Expired Bookings section contains records of bookings that were requested by users but were not confirmed in time, resulting in their expiration. This feature is useful for monitoring missed booking opportunities and identifying potential follow-ups with golfers regarding unconfirmed requests.
Search and Filter Options
You can search for expired bookings using the following criteria:
- Player Name
- Tee Time Date and Time
- Date and Time of the Booking
These filters help you easily locate specific expired bookings for further review.
Details in the Table
For each expired booking, the following details are displayed:
Player’s Name and Phone Number
: Contact information for the golfer who made the reservation request.
Date and Time of the Booking
: When the booking was originally requested.
Date and Time of the Tee Time
: When the requested tee time was scheduled.
Number of Players
: How many players were included in the booking.
Total Amount
: The amount that would have been charged for the booking.
Available Actions
You have one action available for each expired booking:
- View Booking: Clicking the view booking icon opens a modal window that displays the full details of the expired booking. This allows you to review the request and consider whether any follow-up actions are necessary.
This section is designed to help you track missed opportunities and manage golfer interactions effectively, ensuring that no potential bookings are overlooked.
