The Noticeboard is an essential tool for golf course managers, enabling them to post important messages that will be communicated to golfers through both the Voice Concierge and the Chat Bot. This feature ensures that vital information reaches golfers at the right time, enhancing their experience and helping to manage expectations.

  • Important Announcements: Managers can easily create and post announcements regarding course conditions, maintenance schedules, upcoming events, or any other pertinent information that golfers should be aware of.
  • Integrated Communication: The messages posted on the Noticeboard are communicated directly to golfers via the Voice Concierge when they call. This ensures that players receive timely information before making reservations.
  • Booking Confirmation Emails: Any notes added to the Noticeboard are also attached to booking confirmation emails for reservations that match the date of the notice. For example, if maintenance work is scheduled and playing conditions may be affected, you can post a notice. When golfers make a reservation, they'll receive an email that includes this important information, allowing them to make informed decisions.

Example Usage:

Suppose your course requires maintenance on the grass, and you anticipate that the playing conditions will not be ideal. To inform golfers of this situation, you simply navigate to the Noticeboard page and add a note indicating the dates affected by the maintenance. When a player calls the Voice Concierge, the system will relay the message from the Noticeboard, ensuring that they are aware of the conditions before finalizing their booking.

This proactive communication strategy helps improve golfer satisfaction by setting clear expectations, thereby enhancing their overall experience at your course.

How it works

On the Noticeboard page, you'll find a list of days organized by month. You can easily navigate between months using the arrow buttons. To quickly find a specific day, simply scroll through the calendar. If at any time you need to return to the current day, just press the Today button.

Once you’ve located the desired date, click on the text area next to that day and type in your message. After writing your message, press Save to confirm the update.

This message will be communicated to your golfers via the Voice Concierge, Chat Bot, and even included in booking confirmation emails if the tee time matches the note date.

If you want to remove a notice, simply press the Trash icon next to the day. A pop-up alert will appear to confirm the deletion of the note. Once you confirm it, the notice will be removed, and the Voice Concierge will no longer notify golfers about it.
