🎛️ Total Control Over AI Notices & Event Syncing

We’ve added two major enhancements to the Noticeboard in your V2 Dashboard! You now have direct control over how notices are delivered across your AI channels, along with automated syncing for tee sheet tournaments and events.

1. Push Notice to AI Welcome Message Control

Take charge of how your AI Concierge delivers important news to callers and chatters.

• Proactive vs. Contextual Delivery:

  • Toggle ON: The notice is proactively pushed as part of the AI's welcome message across all AI channels.

  • Toggle OFF: The notice is shared contextually only when a golfer specifically asks about booking on those dates.

• Inline Card Toggling: Turn the welcome message on or off directly from the notice list card without opening the edit form.

  

• Visual Status Indicators: Active pushed notices now feature a blue "Welcome" badge.

  

2. Auto-Import Tournaments & Events Control (Lightspeed Tee Sheet)

Eliminate manual data entry by automatically pulling event schedules straight from your tee sheet to the Noticeboard.

• One-Click Auto-Import: A new "Import tournaments & events from tee sheet" toggle lets you seamlessly pull in tournaments with a single click.

• Lightspeed Integration: This automated sync feature is exclusively available for courses integrated with the Lightspeed Tee Sheet.
