We’ve officially rolled out our deep integration for the ForeUp Tee Sheet! This update is now live for all courses using ForeUp—no manual activation or configuration is required on your end.
Your AI Voice Concierge and Chatbot now have a "master view" of your entire ForeUp sheet, bringing a new level of intelligence to your course management.
Key Enhancements:
Total Inventory Sync: Courserev now automatically retrieves every booking from your ForeUp sheet. Whether it was booked in the pro-shop, via the ForeUp app, or online, the AI sees it instantly.
Intelligent Golfer Recognition: The AI now identifies callers by matching their data against your entire ForeUp database, allowing for instant history retrieval and personalized service.
Smart "Prepaid" Logic & Call Routing:
Standard Bookings: The AI can still handle "Pay at Counter" edits and cancellations.
Prepaid/Third-Party: If a golfer needs to change an External Prepaid booking, the AI won't just say "no"—it will now offer to forward the call directly to your Pro-Shop for a seamless handoff.
