If you’ve added the phone line assigned by Courserev to your phone tree but notice that returning callers aren’t being recognized, the issue may be with how your phone system forwards calls.
Some older phone tree systems don’t forward the original caller ID when redirecting calls to Courserev. Instead, they may replace it with the main course number, making it difficult for our system to match callers with their user accounts in Lightspeed.
Solution: Check your phone tree settings for an option to forward the original caller ID when transferring calls. This will ensure that the AI Voice Concierge can correctly identify returning players and provide a seamless experience.
