🧠 The AI That Stays Informed (So You Don't Have To)
We are excited to introduce a new, seamless connection between our AI Voice Concierge and your course’s Newsletter. This update ensures that your AI assistant is always "in the loop" with the latest happenings at your club without you ever having to manually update its knowledge base.
What’s New?
Direct Newsletter Integration: Our system now connects directly to your course’s newsletter.
Advanced Image Text Recognition (OCR): Even if your newsletter is sent as a single image or a collection of graphics, our AI is now capable of "reading" the text inside those images to extract key details.
Automatic Knowledge Base Updates: Every time you send out a news update or an announcement, our AI automatically parses the information and adds it to its internal brain.
Instant Event Awareness: If your newsletter announces a tournament this weekend, a new menu item at the grill, or a temporary change in frost delay policies, the AI Voice Concierge will be able to answer golfer questions about it immediately.
Why This Matters:
Zero Manual Maintenance: You no longer need to log into Courserev to tell the AI about upcoming events. If you’ve written it in your newsletter, the AI already knows it.
Consistent Information: Ensure that the information your golfers hear on the phone perfectly matches what they read in their inbox.
