What’s New?
We’ve overhauled how Courserev interacts with your Lightspeed Tee Sheet. Your AI Voice Concierge and Course Agent Pro are no longer limited to just Courserev bookings—they now have a "birds-eye view" of your entire sheet.
Key Enhancements:
Total Visibility: Courserev now retrieves all bookings from Lightspeed, including those made over the phone, at the pro-shop counter, or via third-party sites.
Smart Recognition: When a golfer calls or chats, the AI instantly recognizes their full booking history (past and future), regardless of where they booked.
Seamless Pro-Shop Handoff: * For standard "Pay at Counter" bookings, the AI can still handle edits and cancellations.
New Logic: If a golfer tries to change an External Prepaid booking, the AI will now offer to forward the call directly to your Pro-Shop for manual handling. No more "I can't help you"—just a smooth transition to your team.
