We’ve officially turned your automated text messages into a fully interactive concierge. Starting today, golfers no longer need to click a link or make a call to manage their reservations—they can simply reply to the text message.
This feature is automatically enabled for all courses across all integrated tee sheet providers.
Key Enhancements:
Conversational SMS Actions: Golfers can now reply to any Courserev text message with natural phrases like:
"Cancel my tee time"
"Book another round for Saturday"
Instant Processing: Our AI processes these requests in real-time, checking the tee sheet and updating the booking (or initiating a new one) without any staff intervention.
