The Canceled Bookings section provides a detailed log of all bookings that have been canceled within the Courserev system. This feature helps you monitor and manage cancellations while verifying if any follow-up actions, such as refunds, are necessary.

Search and Filter Options

You can search for canceled bookings using the following criteria:
  • Player Name
  • Tee Time Date and Time
  • Date and Time of Cancellation
  • Booking ID
  • Refund Type (e.g., full refund, partial refund)
  • Number of Players
  • Total Price
These filters make it easy to locate specific canceled bookings and review the details for further management.

Details in the Table

For each canceled booking, the following details are displayed:
  • Tee Time Date and Time: When the booking was originally scheduled.
  • Date and Time of Cancellation: When the booking was canceled.
  • Player’s Name and Phone Number: Contact information for the golfer who made the reservation.
  • Total Paid: The amount originally paid for the booking.
  • Refund Type: Whether the golfer received a full refund, partial refund, or no refund.
  • Total Amount Refunded: The exact amount refunded to the player.

Available Actions

You have two actions available for each canceled booking:
  1. Download Invoice: Clicking the download invoice icon will generate a PDF containing the canceled booking details, which you can save for your records.
  2. View Booking: Clicking the view booking icon opens a modal window displaying the full details of the canceled booking. From this window, you can also download the invoice again or review the cancellation details in more depth.
