The Upcoming Bookings section displays all future bookings in a detailed table format, allowing you to easily manage and track upcoming tee times. Below is an explanation of the information displayed, the filtering options, and the available actions for each booking:
Details in the table
- Date and Time of Tee Time: The scheduled date and time of the booking.
- Date and Time of Booking: The date and time when the reservation was made.
- Player’s Name and Phone Number: The name of the golfer who made the booking and their contact number.
- Number of Players: The total number of players included in the booking.
- Total Amount: The total cost of the booking.
- Payment Method: Displays whether the booking was prepaid online or if the player chose Pay at Counter (PAC)
Filtering Options
You can easily filter the bookings using different criteria:
- Player Name and phone numer
- Booking Date
- Tee Time Date
- Pay method
- No. of player
- Price
Additionally, there are three quick filter tabs to help you narrow down the bookings:
- Today's Bookings
- Tomorrow's Bookings
- This Week's Bookings
These filters and tabs make it easy to find specific bookings and focus on the relevant ones for a given time frame.
Available Actions
For each booking, you have three actions available:
- Download Invoice: Click the download invoice icon to download a PDF file containing all the booking details to your computer.
- Cancel Booking: Press the cancel booking icon to open a confirmation pop-up alert. This step ensures that cancellations are deliberate and confirmed before being processed.
- View Booking: Click the view booking icon to open a modal window displaying all the booking details. From this window, you can also cancel the booking or download the invoice, providing a quick overview and options for action.
