Bookings - Past

The Past Bookings section allows you to access records of all completed bookings, including those from the previous day up to the date when your account was first activated.

Search and Filter options

To find a specific booking, you can filter past bookings using various criteria:

Player Name or Phone Number
Tee Time Date and Time
Booking Date and Time
Payment Method
(Online prepaid or Pay at Counter)
Number of Players
Total Price

These filters provide quick and easy access to specific booking details, making it easier to manage and review your booking history.

Details in the Table

For each past booking, you will see the following information displayed:

Date and Time of Tee Time: When the booking took place.
Date and Time of Booking: When the reservation was made.
Player’s Name and Phone Number: Contact details of the golfer who made the booking.
Number of Players: Total number of players included in the reservation.
Total Amount: The final cost of the booking.
Payment Method: Whether the booking was prepaid online or marked as Pay at Counter (PAC).

Available Actions

You have two actions available for each past booking:

Download Invoice: By clicking the download invoice icon, a PDF with all the booking details will be saved to your computer for your records.
View Booking: Clicking the view booking icon will open a modal window displaying the booking details. From this window, you also have the option to download the invoice again or cancel the reservation.
