On the Waitlist page, you'll find a list of the tee times that your players have opted into for receiving notifications if they become available. This feature helps you manage potential openings efficiently and keeps golfers informed.
You will see a table containing the following information for each waitlisted tee time:
- Tee Time Requested: The specific tee time the player expressed interest in.
- Date of the Request: The date when the player requested to be on the waitlist for that tee time.
- Player Name and Phone Number: Contact details for the golfer.
- Number of Players: The total number of players in the booking request.
- Conversion Date: If the tee time became free and the player successfully booked it, this indicates the date when that conversion occurred.
- Tee Time Booked: Due to the 1-hour range, this may not always match the originally requested tee time; it reflects the actual tee time that was booked once it became available.
The list can be filtered by:
- Tee Time Date
- Request Date
- Player Name
- Player Phone Number
This organization of information allows course managers to quickly access and respond to waitlisted players, enhancing the overall experience for both the course and the golfers.
