In the Reports section, you will find automatic reports created by default within the Courserev system. There are four types of reports, each with its own tab:
  1. Daily Sales Report:
    • Generated automatically each day, this report provides a comprehensive overview of all sales made through the Courserev system.
    • Details include:
      • Total calls received
      • Total sales done
      • Total rounds booked
      • Total expired bookings
      • Cancellations
    • Earnings breakdown:
      • Green fees
      • Cart fees
      • Booking fees
      • Card processing fees
      • Sales taxes
      • Cancellations
  2. Weekly Summary:
    • Automatically created every week, this report covers all sales completed in the Courserev system.
    • You can view:
      • Total calls received
      • Total sales made
      • Total rounds booked
      • Total expired bookings
      • Cancellations
    • Earnings details include green fees, cart fees, booking fees, card processing fees, sales taxes, and cancellations.
  3. Weekly Booking Fees:
    • For subscriptions based on booking fees, this report outlines the number of booked and checked rounds per day.
  4. Monthly Online Sales:
    • Automatically generated daily, this report covers all online sales made through the Courserev system.
    • You’ll see:
      • Total online sales
      • The total amount paid by users through the system
      • The total amount received by your course
    • A graphical breakdown of sales by day is also provided.
All reports can be downloaded as PDFs, and some can be exported as spreadsheets for further analysis.
