The Chat Details page provides a granular, transparent look at the digital interactions between your golfers and the AI "Pro Agent." It is designed to help you understand customer behavior and audit the AI's efficiency in real-time.

1. The Conversation Thread (Left Side)
The left side of the screen displays the complete Chat Transcript. It is formatted like a standard messaging app, making it easy to read:
User Messages: See exactly how golfers phrase their questions or requests.
AI Responses: Review how the "Pro Agent" interprets those requests and provides solutions.
2. Session Details (Right Side)
The sidebar on the right provides a technical and data-driven summary of the call session:
Session ID: The unique reference number for this specific interaction.
Customer Data: The name and phone number of the golfer (linked to their Customer Profile).
Status: The final state of the interaction (e.g., Completed, Transferred, or Dropped).
Duration: The total time elapsed from the first message to the last.
Start Time: The precise timestamp when the "Pro Agent" sent the first greeting.
Booking ID: If the call successfully "converted" into a reservation, a clickable link to the Booking Details will appear here.
Message Statistics: A quick breakdown of the interaction volume, showing the number of Customer Messages versus AI Responses.
