The AI Chatbot Channel page is your command center for monitoring how your automated "Pro Agent" is handling digital conversations. Whether golfers are booking via your website or mobile app, this page allows you to track performance, review live chats, and audit past interactions.

1. Channel Overview & Status

At the top of the page, you can manage the core availability of your digital assistant:

  • Channel Status: See at a glance if your Chatbot is Active or Disabled. This gives you full control over when the AI is available to assist golfers online.

  • Channel Settings: Access the Settings button directly from this area to configure the Chatbot’s personality, greeting messages, and specific booking rules.

2. Chat History

This section is your full archive of every conversation ever held through the AI Chatbot. Use the Search Bar to find specific golfers or browse the history using these detailed columns:

  • Session ID: The unique reference number for the chat interaction.

  • Customer: The golfer’s Full Name and Phone Number.

  • Start Time: The exact date and time the conversation began.

  • Duration: How long the golfer interacted with the AI.

  • Messages: The total count of exchanges between the AI and the golfer.

  • Topic: A quick summary of the intent (e.g., Booking Request, Pricing Inquiry, or Course Conditions).

  • Actions:

    • View: Click this to open the full Chat Details page and read the entire transcript.

    • View Booking: If the chat resulted in a successful reservation, this button appears to take you directly to the specific Booking Details page.

3. Chat Details Page

By clicking on any chat session, you open the Chat Details page. This provides a deep dive into the interaction, featuring a full transcript of the conversation. This allows you to see exactly what the golfer asked and how the AI assisted them, ensuring total transparency in the booking process.
