The Booking Details page provides a comprehensive breakdown of an individual reservation. To access this page, simply click on any booking row within the main Bookings table.

1. Header: Quick Info & Actions

At the very top of the page, you can see the booking's Status, the Channel used (Voice, Chat, or Web), and the Booking Date.

On the right side of the header, you will find action buttons that change based on the status of the reservation:

  • Upcoming & Past: Buttons to Download (receipt/summary) and Cancel Booking.

  • Cancelled & Expired: A Download button to keep records of the attempt or cancellation.

2. Left Column: Booking & Payment Summary

The left side of the page focuses on the technical and financial details of the reservation, split into two sections:

Box 1: Reservation Details

  • Booking ID: The unique reference number.

  • Tee Time: The specific date and time of the round.

  • Players: Total number of golfers.

  • Total Amount: The gross value of the booking.

  • Chat/Call ID: If the booking was made via Voice or Chat, a URL link is provided here. Clicking this will take you directly to the interaction transcript or recording.

Box 2: Payment Information

  • Payment Status: (e.g., Paid, Pending, or Failed).

  • Payment Method: The type of card or service used.

  • Card on File: Indicates if a credit card is saved for future charges or "no-show" fees.

3. Right Column: Customer & Player Profiles

The right side identifies exactly who is coming to the course.

Box 1: Primary Customer

  • The contact details for the person who made the booking, including their Full Name, Email, and Phone Number.

Box 2: Player List

  • A breakdown of every golfer in the group. You will see the Name, Email, Phone, and Player Type (e.g., Member, Guest, Senior, or Junior) for each individual.

4. Bottom: Payment Breakdown

At the very bottom of the page, you will find a detailed financial ledger. This section outlines the base rate, taxes, any convenience fees, and applied discounts, ensuring full transparency on how the Total Amount was calculated.
