The Prioritee page is where you manage golfers who are waiting for a specific tee time to become available. This feature ensures that even when your course is fully booked, you have a "digital queue" ready to fill any last-minute cancellations, maximizing your course occupancy.

What is a Waitlist?

When a golfer tries to book a slot that is currently unavailable, they are invited to join the Waitlist via Voice, Chat, or the Web Portal.

  • The Queue: Once they join, they are placed in a queue for that specific date and time.

  • Automatic Notifications: If a slot opens up (due to a cancellation or modification), the system automatically notifies the golfers in the queue via email or SMS.

  • Smart Matching: The system is intelligent—it notifies customers based on their position in the queue and whether the number of free slots matches their requested group size.

Navigating the Waitlist Page

The page is organized into two primary tabs to help you track demand:

1. Active Waitlist

This tab shows you all currently "live" queues for upcoming dates.

  • Tee Time Details: See exactly which dates and times are in high demand.

  • Customer List: View every golfer waiting for that specific slot.

  • Status Tracking: Monitor the status of each entry (e.g., Waiting or Notified).

2. Waitlist History

This tab serves as an archive for past waitlists.

  • Conversion Tracking: You can see which customers successfully converted from the waitlist into a confirmed booking.

  • Demand Insights: Review past history to see which times of day consistently generate the most waitlist activity.

How Conversion Works

When a slot becomes free and a customer is notified, they are given a window to claim the booking. Once they complete the reservation, their status on the Prioritee page will update to show they have successfully booked.

Why it matters: Prioritee helps you capture revenue that would otherwise be lost to cancellations, all without your pro shop staff having to manually call golfers to fill the gaps.
