Dashboard Overview

From your Home page of the Courserev's dashboard, you get a quick snapshot of what’s happening at your golf course. The page is organized into different widgets:

  • Voice & Chat: Activate or deactivate your Voice Concierge and Chat Bot. You can also view your course’s assigned phone number and chat URL.

  • Noticeboard: Post important messages that your Voice Concierge and Chat Bot will communicate to golfers.

  • Earnings: Track your total earnings, categorized into online (prepaid) payments and at-the-counter transactions.

  • Sales Overview: View two graphical representations—one displaying sales by channel and the other by payment method

  • Key Metrics: Monitor your golf course’s performance with insights into total rounds sold, total sales, checked-in rounds, and received calls.
