You can fully customize the appearance and messaging of your AI Chatbot ("Pro Agent") to seamlessly match your golf course's website branding. All visual configurations can be adjusted instantly without needing any coding.
Step-by-Step: Accessing Chatbot Customization
Open your dashboard and navigate to Settings.
Go to the AI & Automation section and click on Chatbot Settings.

Customizable Features
Once inside the Chatbot Settings, you can tailor the following areas to fit your brand identity:
1. Content & Branding
Chatbot Title: The main display name shown at the top of the chat window (e.g., "[Your Course Name] Pro Agent").
Welcome Message: The initial greeting text the AI displays when a golfer opens the chat window.
Widget Button Style: Choose whether the floating launcher button on your website displays an Icon or a specific Text label (e.g., "Book a Tee Time").

2. Widget Launcher Colors
Customize the small button that sits on the corner of your website:
Background Color: The primary color of the button.
Text Color: The color of the font or icon inside the button.
Hover Color: The color the button changes to when a user hovers their mouse over it.

3. Chat Interface Colors
Fine-tune the main chat window where the conversation takes place:
